About Us

Mountain Fitness Personal Training is a locally owned personal training studio located in Arden, NC. We offer 30 minute and 1 hour personal training sessions, by appointment only. It is a private training studio, so you can avoid the large crowds, which is also great for someone who may be self conscious working out in front of others. We have both male and female trainers available who have worked with every age group and fitness level you can imagine, with ages ranging from children up to 85. We have been in business in arden for over 6 years now and have been able to help hundreds of people. 
 

 

Meet Our Trainers

Seth Rogers, CPT: Seth is an ACE certified personal trainer since 2015. Former athlete, specializes in weight loss, strength gain, toning and overall health. Passionate about helping people reach their goals. He’s working with clients ranging from teenagers to 80+. He never believes that you’re not in a good place in your life to begin working out, or to further your fitness journey. Whether it’s knee or hip replacements, back problems, or other injuries and ailments, he has safely worked with a wide range of things some may view as an obstacle to begin working out. 

Seth Rogers

Jesse: Jesse Hyder is a fitness expert with 15 years of experience. He’s a personal trainer, life coach, and movement specialist. His mission is to cut through the noise in the health and fitness industry, while empowering men and women to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness, and confidence. His vision is a world where daily acts of self-love and care are a regular part of life.

When he’s not coaching you will find him hiking, mentoring children, or finding new creative ways to express his fitness.

Jesse Hyder

 

Julia: Julia Sedon, NASM CPT: Julia’s love for training others stemmed from her rigorous gymnastics career. She became a coach to pass down not only her gymnastics knowledge, but self-awareness, emotional management and problem solving skills to students and athletes. Her style of training is goal-oriented, creating a similar structure for her personal clients and their training. She understands that goals can vary from person to person. By goal setting and goal evaluation, she works with individuals to find a positive route and mindset to achieve those goals. To improve body composition, she implements stretching techniques, isolation exercises, and strength training, giving results you not only see but feel! With many aspirations for the world of sports & fitness, helping others learn, grow, and love themselves is her top priority.

Julia Sedon

Paige Baker:

Originally from Chicago, Paige Baker is new to the Asheville area and has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years working with a variety of clientele in the athletic and adult fitness settings. She is a NASM certified personal trainer, a PROnatal pre/postnatal fitness specialist, and a sports performance trainer. Working in both private and group sessions, her style of training focuses on building functional strength and encouraging a fun and healthy active lifestyle
